About Faya Al Saadiyat

Faya Al Saadiyat is an ultra-luxury residential project by Aldar on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. The development covers about 45,540 square metres of net saleable area and includes only 21 homes, which include six and seven-bedroom villas and eight-bedroom mansions. Aldar launched Faya in November 2024. Its planned completion is in Q4 2027. It sits near Saadiyat Beach Golf Club and Saadiyat Cultural District, with key attractions and leisure venues within easy reach. Faya combines contemporary architecture with materials and layouts inspired by Saadiyat Island’s natural setting. Nordic Office Architects leads the architectural design, while 1508 London handles the interiors. Homes feature open-plan spaces, large windows, Italian-made kitchens and wardrobes, bespoke joinery and high-end appliances. Private pools and outdoor areas extend the living space. Landscaping uses natural forms and greenery around the residences, with outdoor spaces planned for privacy. Signature mansion facilities include a cinema, golf simulator, wellness areas and a private car gallery.

Faya Al Saadiyat sits between Saadiyat Beach and Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, which gives residents access to the coast and the island’s cultural attractions. Louvre Abu Dhabi, Manarat Al Saadiyat and New York University Abu Dhabi are nearby. The island connects to Abu Dhabi through Sheikh Khalifa Bridge and Sheikh Zayed Bridge. Abu Dhabi city is around 15 minutes away, while Zayed International Airport is roughly 30 minutes by car.

Faya offers 21 standalone residences. The collection includes 19 villas with six or seven bedrooms and two eight-bedroom mansions. The homes suit large families and buyers seeking private space.
