About Muraba Veil

Muraba Veil is an ultra-luxury residential tower by Muraba, located in the Al Safa area beside Dubai Water Canal. The project stands about 380 metres tall and is only 22.5 metres wide, which makes it one of the world’s slimmest residential towers at this height. The development has 73 floors and around 131 residences, with one full-width home on most residential levels to provide privacy and open views. The handover is expected in the fourth quarter of 2028. Muraba Veil ranks among Dubai’s most exclusive residential launches because of its scale, design, and premium homes. The tower was designed by the Pritzker Prize-winning RCR Arquitectes. Its exterior uses a gold-toned stainless steel mesh inspired by traditional mashrabiya screens to reduce heat and improve natural airflow. Landscaped terraces, water features, and a spa hidden beneath a dune-shaped structure add a natural touch to the project.

Muraba Veil enjoys a central address in Al Safa, close to Dubai Water Canal and Al Wasl Road. Residents can reach Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and City Walk within a short drive.
