NB Collection is an exclusive beachfront villa project by RAK Properties on Hayat Island, Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah. The development comprises 11 four-bedroom villas. The NB Collection was launched in 2024, with completion and handover planned for Q4 2026. The project entered the market with a starting price of AED 24 million per villa. NB Collection follows a contemporary coastal design. The villas span three levels and include open-plan living spaces, large floor-to-ceiling windows, private ground-floor pools, first-floor balconies and rooftop terraces with provisions for plunge pools. Natural stone cladding, light exterior finishes and curved design elements help connect the villas with the beachfront setting. NB Collection sits on the shoreline of Hayat Island, between Angel Bay and the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa site.
