Armani Beach Residences is an ultra-luxury residential project located on Raha Island within Mina Al Arab in Ras Al Khaimah. The development is a collaboration between RAK Properties and Giorgio Armani, with support from SIE Group. It marks the first time Armani has designed branded beachfront villas anywhere in the world. The project forms part of the growing Mina waterfront destination and sits in a quiet bay area with open views of the Arabian Gulf. The development features a limited collection of only 41 villas, which adds to its exclusivity. Villas range from four to six bedrooms and cover large built-up areas of about 6,616 to more than 8,538 square feet. Completion is expected in the first quarter of 2029, with villa prices starting at around AED 26.6 million. Architecture and interior design reflect Armani’s simple and elegant style, with clean lines, natural materials, and neutral tones. Design work also involves the global architecture firm, Denniston. Landscaping blends with the coastal setting through private beaches, gardens, and waterfront promenades that support a calm island environment.

Armani Beach Residences stands on Raha Island, which is part of the wider Mina Al Arab master community in Ras Al Khaimah. Raha Island is known for its waterfront lifestyle and more than two kilometres of beachfront. The location provides easy access to the rest of Ras Al Khaimah through Sheikh Mohammed Bin Salem Road and other key routes. The location combines privacy with strong road connections to shopping areas, leisure spots, and hotels across the emirate.

The development mainly offers luxury beachfront villas. Buyers can choose between four, five, and six-bedroom homes that focus on space and privacy. Each villa includes a private pool, a landscaped garden, an internal elevator, and large terraces facing the sea. Interiors are designed by Armani/Casa and feature custom kitchens, premium finishes, and smart home systems. Large windows and open layouts allow natural light and sea views to enter the living areas. A limited number of luxury apartments are also planned within the project to complement the villas. The overall property mix remains small, which keeps the development private and exclusive.

Life at Armani Beach Residences centres on a calm coastal setting with high-end services.
