Dean Lan

Dean is an Associate Director advising Asian families from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, mainland China and the United States on luxury UAE real estate.

His connection to the UAE began as an investor. Born in Taiwan and having lived in the United States for 13 years, he acquired property in Dubai in 2024 and navigated the Golden Visa process with his own family. This first-hand experience gives him a nuanced understanding of the needs of international property investors. An angel investor in leading technology companies himself, he also brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to real estate.

Dean’s clients usually buy for one of three reasons: asset allocation, investment or residency. He starts with each family's goals, working closely with private bankers, lawyers and family-office specialists to align property acquisitions with broader wealth and legacy plans. Fluent in Mandarin and English, Dean combines the Christie's International Real Estate brand’s long-standing trust with access to opportunities before they reach the open market.
