The Residences at the Dubai Beach EDITION is a beachfront hotel and residence project by Shamal Holding in partnership with H&H Development and in collaboration with Marriott’s EDITION brand. The project sits at Dubai Harbour and comprises four low-rise pavilion buildings with private beach access and approximately 165 branded residences, set alongside a 185-room EDITION hotel. The development mixes hotel services and resident-only spaces to offer a luxury, service-led living experience. The design is by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, with emphasis on curved, layered forms, large balconies, and integrated landscaping that steps down to the shore. The beachfront development is estimated to be handed over in 2029.
