About Bay Estate

Bay Estate is a gated waterfront development by Nakheel on Dubai Islands, off the Deira coastline. It features three residential collections: Cala, Verda, and Agora. The development offers homes and plots on a private island, with space for more than 12,000 residents upon completion. Nakheel unveiled Bay Estate in October 2026, with an estimated handover in January 2031. Architectural plans focus on modern homes, private gardens, open layouts, and large windows that bring natural light indoors. The wider design includes landscaped parks, shaded paths, swimmable lagoons, and waterfront promenades. Cala sits close to the water, Verda focuses on greenery and family life, while Agora offers shared spaces for social activities.

The development sits on Dubai Islands, a waterfront destination off Deira's coast. Three bridges connect the islands to mainland Dubai, with access to the Al Shindagha Corridor. Dubai International Airport is about 10 kilometres away, and Downtown Dubai is about 15 kilometres away. This location gives residents access to key business districts, shopping destinations, and leisure attractions without losing the benefits of island life.

Bay Estate offers three and four-bedroom townhouses, attached villas, and garden villas. Buyers can also choose beachfront and waterfront plots for a custom-built home. The development caters to families who need extra space, private outdoor areas, and access to coastal amenities. Its different home types offer flexibility for buyers with varied lifestyle needs and budgets. The three collections also provide different residential settings, from lagoon-side homes to green neighbourhoods and shared community spaces.

The project offers a range of amenities for daily use. These include a beach club, clubhouse, marina facilities, retail spaces, wellness areas, sports courts, children's play areas, and landscaped parks. Waterfront promenades and pedestrian routes will provide space for walks and outdoor activities. The community's design places shared facilities within a residential setting, which may appeal to families who value outdoor recreation and time together. Dubai Islands connects residents to the mainland road network, while Dubai International Airport is within easy reach by car. The wider Deira area offers access to healthcare centres, hospitals, schools, and other essential services.

Bay Estate offers a waterfront lifestyle with modern homes, private outdoor spaces, and access to planned leisure facilities. Its location on Dubai Islands connects to mainland Dubai while keeping the coast at the centre of daily life.
