The construction of the S Tower started in 2020 with Sobha Realty through its subsidiary Sobha, with PNC Architects as the architectural consultant, Sobha Contracting as the building contractor, and National Piling Company as the pillar contractor. The estimated handover date of this development is Q4 2024. In November 2022, the developers announced that the project was almost sold out.

The development is located in a prime location in the Al Safouh 2 district, with easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road. The development is surrounded by some premium areas of Dubai, such as Dubai Media City and the famous Palm Jumeirah. Other nearby places include Dubai Internet City and Dubai Marina.
