This Holy month of Ramadan, we decided to create a comprehensive list of Iftar buffets to head to, exclusively recommended by our agents.
1. Asateer tent, Atlantis the Palm
Overlooking the lush Arabian Gulf, the Asateer tent encloses eight dedicated Majlis areas, valet parking and prayer rooms, giving you the essential Ramadan iftar experience. Asateer is the Arabic word for “myths” and stays true to its name allowing guests to indulge in traditional activities like card games, chess and backgammon. You will also be serenaded by Oud and Tableh players in a contemporary folkloric atmosphere.
Asateer is an open buffet with a huge selection of traditional Arabic and western cuisines. They have an amazing ambience filled with, water features, a beautiful entrance, and candles lit for the Ramadan glow.

2. Al Majlis, Madinat Jumeirah
Located in the prestigious Madinat Arena, Al Majlis essentially personifies the festive spirit of Ramadan. Known for breathtaking interior displays, the 1000-person majlis offers a variety of traditional dishes like cold mezze, whole lamb ouzi and veal harres in addition to live cooking stations.

3. The Ritz-Carlton DIFC
Over the years, The Ritz Carlton DIFC has established itself as a popular favourite among food aficionados during Ramadan. This year, they’re back with a striking new Ramadan experience reflective of the hotel’s cosmopolitan experience in DIFC. With their team of world-class chefs, they aim to bring Arabic and Middle Eastern favourites with a modern twist, to the table.
The ambience at the Ritz-Carlton is nothing short of "magical".

4. Tagine at The One and Only Royal Mirage
Stepping into Tagine is like entering the gateway of Marrakesh. With its tobacco-coloured walls and traditional Moroccan artefacts, the ambience is simply magical. The Iftar offers a range of buffet and a-la-carte options like Morrocan salads and lentil soup, with a side of traditional Oud and Tabla instrumentals.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Moroccan ambience and felt like I was transported to Marrakesh.

5. The SUQ Tent at The Four Seasons
Aptly named after the traditional Arabian marketplace, the Suq tent will make you feel at home with its warm Arabesque appeal. In addition to its opulent setting, guests will get the opportunity to see their food being prepared right before their eyes in the live cooking stations.
The Suq tent is set in a perfect location and offers high-end, stylish cuisine with good vibes.

6. Ewaan Tent at the Palace Downtown Dubai
Complete with an incredible view of the Burj Lake, the Ewaan tent comes equipped with a truly Arabian experience this Ramadan. Tall arches and golden hues add to the utopian perception of Aladdin City, while classic culinary favourites like hot and cold mezzeh further add to the enchantment.

7. AOC French Brasserie
If you’re looking for a different take on Iftar, the AOC French Brasserie has it covered. Handed down over generations, sous chef Maher’s family recipes include a delicious assortment of hot and cold mezzeh such as velvety humour, creamy labneh and crunchy fattoush. Overlooking the Jumeirah beach, this cozy little French restaurant offers both a-la-carter and buffet options.

8. Delphine
This little Californian bistro will remind you of the laidback attitude of the West Coast, subtly infused with contemporary Arabesque hints. The restaurant, bar and lounge is infused with velvet furnishings, art deco lighting and marble surfaces. It certainly stands out with its eclectic menu that offers a different cuisine every day of the week.

9. Al Fanous Lounge at Dubai Ballroom
