Exclusive Master Agency Appointment

Ardee Developments announced the appointment of Christie’s International Real Estate Ras Al Khaimah as the lead master agency for Fairmont Residences Al Marjan Island, situated on Ardee’s multi-billion-dirham flagship project, Ardee Al Marjan Island.   

As the master agency, Christie’s International Real Estate Ras Al Khaimah will oversee the GCC and international outreach. The partnership will leverage Christie’s global network and local expertise to drive awareness, attract high-net-worth buyers, and ensure seamless transactions from initial inquiry through to handover. A dedicated Christie’s International Real Estate Ras Al Khaimah project team will work closely with Ardee’s in-house teams to align on market positioning, pricing, and phased rollouts, ensuring the project’s premium offerings reach their full market potential.
