Peninsula is a master-planned waterfront community by Select Group in Business Bay. The wider masterplan comprises multiple towers, podium simplexes, and waterfront simplexes arranged around the Dubai Canal. The developer launched the master plan in 2021 with an estimated handover in 2028. Architecturally, the towers use glass facades, full-height windows and clean lines.
