​Bulgari Lighthouse is a new residential project by Meraas, located on Jumeirah Bay Island in Dubai. This 27-story tower includes 31 penthouses and a three-level Sky Villa. The homes range from 4 to 5 bedrooms, with the Sky Villa featuring 7 bedrooms and a 13,000-square-foot terrace. The project was announced in 2023 with construction starting in 2024 and expected completion in 2027. The development is valued at AED 680 million (USD 185.1 million). Designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the architecture draws inspiration from coral and provides protection, privacy, and peace. The facade mimics organic curves, acting as a filter for light and air to create open and secluded living spaces.​

Bulgari Lighthouse offers 4 and 5-bedroom penthouses, as well as a 7-bedroom Sky Villa. The penthouses range from 6,439 to 11,656 square feet, while the Sky Villa spans 13,000 square feet. Each residence features a dedicated lift lobby, a show kitchen, a wet kitchen, and a wrap-around terrace providing 360-degree views of the skyline and open sea. The Sky Villa includes a private pool and lift access.​
