Dubai Islands (formerly Deira Islands or Palm Deira) is a master-planned waterfront development by Nakheel, which consists of five interconnected artificial isles, Central, Marina, Shore, Golf, and Elite, spanning approximately 17 km² off the coast of Deira in northeastern Dubai. The project features over 20 km of beaches, including Blue Flag-certified zones, around 2 km² of parks and open spaces, and a seamless network of marinas, promenades, and bridges linking the islands and mainland. Designed as a mixed-use destination, it will include hotels, residences, retail, cultural attractions, and leisure facilities, which align with Dubai’s 2040 master vision for sustainable, integrated urban living.
You can find a variety of apartments, including studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units. Some developments also offer 4-bedroom duplexes and penthouses in selected phases.
Residents enjoy beachfront access, Blue-Flag beaches, parks, promenades, and proximity to Dubai’s main attractions and transport links.
Dubai Islands is seeing strong demand, with rental yields and resale potential among the highest in the city, supported by its prime coastal location and new infrastructure.
