Fairmont Residences Al Marjan Island Launched with Christie’s International Real Estate Ras Al Khaimah as Exclusive Master Agency

RAS AL KHAIMAH, United Arab Emirates (15 May 2025): Christie’s International Real Estate Ras Al Khaimah was announced as the Exclusive Master Agency for the highly anticipated Fairmont Residences Al Marjan Island during a bespoke project launch at Atlantis the Royal on 14th May. 

The event, which introduced the highly anticipated collection of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, townhouses and villas by Ardee Developments to the public for the first time, was attended by leading real estate professionals, celebrities, media personalities and ultra-high-net-worth individuals from across the region and beyond.
